41 mm piston with two 1.5 mm rectangular piston rings with internal fuse (IS) to fit your moped / moped with Sachs 502, 50/2, 50/3 and 50/4 engine.
The detailed dimensions of the piston according to the technical drawing can be found in the details. You can also find out about the relevant piston rings, their stems and locking types on the legend in the pictures.
The piston skirt is shortened by 4 mm on the inlet side.
We recommend installing a piston clearance of 0.06-0.07 mm, so the cylinder should have a bore of 41.02 - 41.03 mm.
The piston kit contains piston pins, piston clips and piston rings.
