Pulley shaft for the mono transmission on your Piaggio Ciao moped.
With its 11 teeth, this shaft fits the following transmissions, which have only one input shaft and a large gear with 74 teeth:

Note: Check your transmission before purchasing. The Pulli input shaft does not fit into gearbox housings designed for four gears. Figure 3 shows the required housing type with a raised bearing seat for the Pulli shaft (housing not included).
