Traditionally the first choice in the two-stroke range

Renowned manufacturers such as Puch, Sachs and many other moped producers equipped their moped models with Bing carburettors at the factory. For this reason alone, the manufacturer's various carburettor types are still widely used today. If you want to keep your Puch or Sachs moped as true to the original as possible, you are dependent on spare parts and carburettors from the manufacturer. However, there are of course other reasons for the popularity of the Bing models, as the simple design of the manufacturer's carburettor models not only enables uncomplicated maintenance and repair, but the atomiser from Nuremberg also proves to be particularly powerful, robust and economical in operation. Reason enough to offer you a large selection of spare parts, complete carburettor models and additional accessories in our range.

Bing carburettors: effective, powerful and uncomplicated

Compared to most standard carburettors, the models from the German manufacturer offer several advantages that resourceful moped owners discovered for themselves many years ago. Bing carburettor models are characterised by the fact that they ensure particularly smooth idling. In addition, the moped carburettors are much easier and quicker to adjust than most standard carburettors. This makes it very easy to optimise the performance of the carburettor. Many mopeds also have lower fuel consumption when fitted with carburettor models from Bing. Another unique selling point of the carburettor models from the renowned manufacturer is that they have a built-in filter. This ensures that less dirt gets into the combustion chamber of the engine. This puts less strain on the engine, which reduces wear. Last but not least, the carburettors are said to have slightly better transition behaviour compared to standard carburettors, resulting in more even acceleration. It is therefore not surprising that the manufacturer's carburettor models are still popular and often used in the two-stroke sector.

Bing: A name for quality for around 100 years

The manufacturer's company history goes back a long way. In fact, the company from Nuremberg was founded back in 1926. The company founder was Fritz Hintermayr, who initially focussed on the production of gas bath stoves and motorbike parts. Production of carburettors began in 1932 after the Bing brand name had been secured. The company soon also developed engine components and carburettor technology for automobiles, industrial and construction machinery. For a long time, however, the company's core business was carburettor technology for two-wheelers and small engines. The brand's carburettor models soon became the first choice for numerous moped manufacturers thanks to a modified design compared to the usual series carburettors, which resulted in the aforementioned advantages. Finally, Bing Power Systems has been part of the international Flash Group since 2015 and continues to act as a supplier for car and motorbike manufacturers, supplying them with throttle bodies, intake manifold modules, nozzles and products for piston cooling in addition to carburettors.
