Complete 12 V EVO ignition kit with integrated 60 W light coil and fan, compatible with your moped featuring a Sachs 502 (Saxonette) automatic engine or a manual Sachs 50/2 engine, as well as for your small motorcycle with a Sachs 50/3 (DE) or 50/4 (DE) engine and forced-air cooling.
The racing ignition system comes complete with a CNC-milled fan impeller and provides your cylinder with constant, optimal cooling.
The small rotor results in better acceleration and throttle response. If you want an even smoother idle, you can order the optional additional weight right away.

Installation Instructions:
• Clockwise-rotating engines: Set the piston to TDC. The mark on the base plate at the 11 o’clock position (to the left of the swiing® logo) must align with the mark on the flywheel. This results in an ignition timing of 2 mm before TDC.
• Counterclockwise-rotating engines: Set the piston to TDC. The mark on the base plate at the 1 o’clock position (to the right of the swiing® logo) must align with the mark on the flywheel. This results in a firing point of 2 mm before TDC.
• Flywheel tightening torque: 37–39 Nm (no keyway)
• The CDI and ignition coil must be properly grounded; otherwise, they may be damaged within a short time.
• The lighting system should also be equipped with a 12 V voltage regulator.
Depending on the model year and engine configuration, the fan blade may rub against the housing. The spacer washers can be used to properly space the fan blade. Depending on the required clearance, one or both shims can be installed. The screws must be installed together with the supplied spring washers; otherwise, they may damage the stator.
Correct pin assignment for the Superseal connector:
• 1 =
black• 2 = blue•
3 = white
Notes: Under no circumstances should you use screws that are too long
when mounting the fan impeller, as this may damage the stator windings. A matching set of screws is included in the package.
The ignition is compatible with pull-starters that also fit HPI ignitions. You can find these in the accessories section.
