swiing® Ingenious Rubber Grommet Exhaust Clamp, 32 mm, FPM

Inner rubber sleeve for the heat-resistant 32 mm exhaust clamp, suitable for your moped or small motorcycle.

The rubber sleeve serves as a replacement part for the exhaust flange and neatly connects flame tubes with a 32 mm outer diameter to the matching muffler. The special FPM/FKM rubber compound (commonly known as Viton) is characterized by excellent resistance to high temperatures, mineral oils, fuels, many organic solvents, and chemicals. The material has been laboratory-tested for its aging and technical properties and remains flexible even at high temperatures of up to 200 °C, without becoming brittle.

The inner diameter has been kept smaller than the outer diameter of the parts to be connected—at 29 mm and 33 mm, respectively—to ensure an optimal seal.

Note: Under no circumstances should the exhaust flange be tightened too tightly, as this will compress the rubber too much and may cause it to tear.
