High-quality axle for converting the wheel bearing assembly of the front spoked rim from open-shoulder ball bearings to sealed industrial deep-groove ball bearings on mopeds equipped with a Sachs V 905 wheel hub.
The two low nuts on the speedometer side are already pre-assembled in their fixed positions. This ensures the necessary clearance and eliminates the need for time-consuming spacing adjustments.
The colored markings show you where to install each part:
- green mark: brake anchor plate
- yellow mark: Replacement washer for the speedometer drive (the washer is not needed if a drive is installed)
- red mark: wheel hub or ball bearing conversion kit
- blue mark: fork legs
Note: This set includes all necessary washers, nuts, and spacer sleeves for the wheel axle. The additional set required for the spoked hub—including bearing shell adapters, SKF ball bearings, and a spacer sleeve—can be found separately in the accessories section.
