Complete engine kit with 73 cc displacement for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer, Grillo moped / moped.
This engine kit comes with all the necessary racing parts to not only cook mocha with your Italian rocket, but also to catapult it to the moon.
The cleanly finished 46.5 mm racing cylinder from Malossi offers a strong increase in performance across the entire power range. In combination with the Polini Speed Engine engine housing, no adjustments are necessary and the complete system can be plugged in without further ado. The finely balanced crankshaft from Mazzuucchelli withstands the highest loads and, in conjunction with the GPO pole wheel for rotary vane shafts, ensures smooth running even at high engine speeds.
Please select the desired decompressor basket and the desired ignition unit in the selection field.
The scope of delivery includes all the necessary screws, shaft seals, nuts, stud bolts, seals as well as ignition and decompressor components.
Notes:
This racing engine set is supplied in individual parts.
It is recommended to use at least a 13/13 SHA carburetor and a 24 mm diameter muffler to achieve the best possible performance. If you are using this racing engine in a Piaggio Si, the cable holder for the decompressor is not required.
Check that the pole wheel is properly seated on the cone during assembly. Depending on the batch of Mazzucchelli crankshaft or GPO pole wheel, the key may need to be adjusted slightly. Please observe the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
