Pinasco «EVOTEN BIG BORE» cylinder with 46 mm bore and 71 cc for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer, Grillo moped / moped.
The completely reworked 46 mm cylinder from Pinasco is now supplied with a 6-channel layout and the 5-bolt cylinder head manufactured for the highest loads.
All common racing exhausts can be fitted to the supplied exhaust flange with 22.5, 25 or 28 mm outer connection diameter.
The cylinder head is fitted without gasket. For optimum sealing, the tightening torque of 10 Nm for the M6 bolts and 14 Nm for the M7 stud bolts must therefore be observed.

High-quality cast aluminum and durable Nikasil coating characterize this high-end tuning cylinder.
The cylinder kit develops maximum power in the mid to upper rev range. We recommend using the racing cylinder in combination with a variomatic drive.
Mounting on an original engine housing is only possible with major modifications. The cylinder kit can be mounted on the well-known Pinasco, Polini and Malossi racing cases without any adaptation work.
Note: If the cylinder kit is mounted on a Piaggio Ciao, it must be ground down on the cooling fins on the right-hand side. Due to the cut-out for the Ciao's cable duct, the hook on the head for the decompression cable is also missing. As a result, the cylinder cover is only suitable to a limited extent for Piaggio Si, Bravo of the newer generations or Grillo. This can be remedied by attaching the decompression cable to the cylinder head from the front, as on the Ciao or Boxer.
