Market innovation: first 38 mm racing cylinder made of aluminum with round slotted intake for Sachs 2-, 3- and 4-speed engines with blower clutch, which were installed on Hercules 50/ALS, 50/2 S, 50/KS, 50/2 DK, 50/3 LS, 50/4 LKS, Gritzner etc.
.The tuned aluminum cylinder was developed and tested for years in Switzerland and is now finally available exclusively from us.
Despite the original displacement, this tuning kit turns your oldie into a powerhouse with 4.01 Nm and 4.5 hp at the rear wheel thanks to optimized timing, larger intake and exhaust as well as enlarged overflow channels.
In conjunction with the corresponding 13 mm SSB or 16 mm SHA carburettor with intake flange and resonance exhaust, a moderate increase in performance can be expected compared to the original cylinder.

The scope of delivery includes cylinder, piston kit, cylinder head, gasket set, intake studs and cylinder studs including special nuts.
The cylinder head, which can only be used for cylinders in this series, is equipped with a raceway centering system. This ensures that the combustion chamber is perfectly aligned and the piston is not at TDC.
