44 mm tuning set for your Zündapp-Belmondo moped / moped.
Fits Zündapp Belmondo mopeds, Zündapp Bergsteiger M25/M50 mopeds, as well as Alpa Spezial 3000 and Alpa Black River small motorcycles that have a Zündapp type 247 engine installed.
In addition to the 44 mm swiing® ingenious racing kit with head, the tuning set contains a resonance exhaust system, a 17 mm carburetor including intake manifold, a mushroom air filter and reinforced clutch springs.
With the right settings, you can get a whopping 5.9 hp on the rear wheel. Don't believe us? In the pictures you will find the corresponding performance diagram.
All instructions for installing / running in the cylinder are explained in the video.
Please select the desired cylinder head with or without decompression bore in the selection field.
Note: The original stud bolts of the engine housing are too short due to the height of the cylinder kit and must be replaced with longer bolts (item 24319).
For Zündapp engines with an 85 mm short connecting rod, this must first be converted to a long connecting rod with a length of 91 mm (center - center) in order to use the cylinder. During assembly, please check that all nuts and bolts are sufficiently tight and retighten them if necessary. Please observe the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
